RCCarCalc exists because most RC buying questions are math questions in disguise. How fast will it go on 3S? Will a bigger pinion cook the motor? How long will a 5000mAh pack last? What should a nine year old drive? Each has a real answer, and we show the working.

The site is part of Cozy River Studios, a small independent publisher of calculator-first guides. We are not sponsored by any RC brand, and no manufacturer reviews or approves what we publish.

What we do and do not do

• We research from published manufacturer specifications, listings, manuals and verified owner reviews.
• We do not run hands-on tests and never claim to. Where a speed is shown, it is either calculated (and labelled as such) or stated by the listing.
